Investment & Qualifications
Estimated Investment
Total investment ranges from $434,000 to $1,155,000, depending on location, build-out, and equipment.
Financial Requirements
Minimum Liquid Capital: $400,000 per restaurant.
Minimum Net Worth: $1,000,000 (combined for applicants and partners).
Franchise Fees
Franchise Fee: $40,000 per location.
Royalty Fee: 4% of net sales.
Creative Development Fund: 1% of net sales.
Regional marketing co-op fees may apply.
Operational Requirement
Franchisees must have an Operating Partner with at least 2–3 years of restaurant operations experience, and either the owner or Operating Partner must manage the full-time day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
